Coinsource: Fintech Trader App and ATM Dashboard

1. B2B DASHBOARD REDESIGN Led the redesign of Coinsource's core B2B dashboard for ATM owners. Updated the visual system with new branding, typography, iconography, and navigation while introducing new features for performance monitoring and ATM health. Focused on turning dense data into clear, actionable insights for business users.

2. ONLINE CRYPTO TRADER (COVID PIVOT) When COVID lockdowns reduced ATM usage, I led the rapid design of a new online crypto trading platform. Conducted competitive analysis of Coinbase and Kraken, created initial wireframes and flows, and moved quickly into high-fidelity designs within a two-week timeline to support the new product direction.

3. TRADER MOBILE APP Designed the 0→1 Trader mobile app (iOS and Android) for retail crypto trading. Embraced a bold yet trustworthy aesthetic with custom illustrations to strengthen brand personality. When leadership pivoted to a bank partnership and native app strategy, I quickly adapted — conducting fresh research, redesigning flows, and delivering refined final designs under aggressive timelines.

5. RESULTS Delivered a complete 0→1 trading platform under tight deadlines and multiple pivots. The new experience resulted in +31% daily active users and +268% average session duration. This project demonstrated my ability to move fast, adapt quickly, and deliver high-impact design in a fast-moving startup environment.
