Challenge: Glassdoor's B2B team helps businesses build their employer brand, attract talent, and manage their reputation by allowing them to showcase company culture, monitor employee feedback, and engage with job seekers. After conducting extensive User Research with Companies on Glassdoor we learned that they needed a much more robust way for Employers to get the most out of Glassdoor experience. We then built the first version of the Glassdoor Employer Center.
Once we finalized the site map, extensive user interviews were conducted and initial wireframes and flows were started. Here is a very small sample.
Once wireframes were finalized we began the Visual Design of the UI. These are a sample of many iterations.
We opted for a cleaner design to focus on User goals. These are the final designs.
